Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Funnel Growth Lab (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Funnel Growth Lab provides strategic and creative services, including but not limited to:

Funnel strategy and consulting
Funnel design and development
Copywriting for landing pages, emails, and ads
Marketing automation and CRM integration
Tech setup and third-party tool configuration

All services are tailored based on the scope agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide clear, timely, and complete information required to fulfill the project.
Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timelines.
Ensure that all content (images, logos, videos, etc.) provided to us is owned by you or licensed appropriately.
Review and test deliverables thoroughly before launch.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect the project timeline and delivery.

3. Payment Terms

Projects commence upon receipt of the initial deposit (typically 50%, unless otherwise stated).
The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.
All payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, Stripe, Wise, etc.) in the currency agreed upon.
Late payments beyond 7 days of the due date may incur interest charges of 5% per month or project suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain the rights to all custom strategies, frameworks, templates, and design assets until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business, marketing, and financial information shared during the engagement.
This clause survives the termination of our agreement.

6. Revisions

Most packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions, as specified in your service proposal.
Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly rate or as a separate service.
Revisions must be requested within 7 business days of receiving deliverables.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Upon termination:

The client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
No refunds will be issued for completed work.
Funnel Growth Lab reserves the right to retain or withhold deliverables until outstanding payments are cleared.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Systeme.io, Kajabi, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Zapier, etc.) as part of your funnel.

We are not liable for issues arising from these platforms, including downtime, pricing changes, or data breaches.
You are responsible for maintaining valid subscriptions to any third-party tools used.

9. Results Disclaimer

While our services are designed to help improve your marketing and sales outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or conversions.
Performance depends on multiple factors including your niche, audience, pricing, and execution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funnel Growth Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Modifications to Terms

Funnel Growth Lab reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
